Raphael's Healing Attunement for Muscle Stiffness

After an injury, an individual may suffer from muscle stiffness. Or, some medical people will tell you that stiffness of the legs or other areas of the body comes after a person reaches a certain age. Stiffness may be experienced at any age depending on the circumstances.
Although the medical people don't consider this to be serious in most cases, for the person who has it, it is annoying, to say the least. At times it feels as if an individual's legs won't move. Some people become nervous about it which doesn't lessen the effects.
Exercise does help and if practiced every day along with an appropriate diet the symptoms may become less of a burden. Our Beloved Raphael feels that no one should suffer from stiffness.
Stiffness by it's very nature upsets individuals. Some persons put off normal activities of life because of body stiffness. Others won't partake in social events because of this condition.
This is a special healing attunement that Archangel Raphael wants to ive to you with his complete healing love. It deals exclusively with stiffness.
