Enter the International Facilitators Directory!

The webmaster is working hard on some nice and easy way to have your data and information entered on line, but alas, building webpages has a higher priority. So, a neat form will have to wait, sorry about that..
Fortunately, we DO have email!

So, if you want to be listed as an International Facilitator, please act as follows:

    		•  1 Decide whether or not you want minimal data displayed or maximum data.
    Minimum data is only your location, your name, the modalities you are a facilitator for, and your email address.
    Maximum is all of the above, PLUS, a link to your own website, your phone number and/or fax number, and max 150 words of promotion.

    		•  2 Email me the data you want displayed
    Make sure you email me ALL the neccesary information depending on your choice (see point 1!)

    		•  3 Pay the right amount of money, depending on your choise at point 1.
    For minimum data displayed, you pay a yearly fee of USD 3.75
    For maximum data displayed, you pay a yearly fee of USD 4.75
    You can pay by Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

    		•  Min Pay the amount of USD 3.75 to be entered as a Facilitator in the International Facilitators Directory! Click the button !!
    		After you click the button, your browser will switch into secure mode, and you will be taken to the PayPal site. You then will be asked for some information, like your creditcard data, address and so on.
    Simply enter all data required, and follow the directions on the screen.

    		•  Max Pay the amount of USD 4.75 to be entered as a Facilitator in the International Facilitators Directory with extended displayed data! Click the button!!
    		After you click the button, your browser will switch into secure mode, and you will be taken to the PayPal site. You then will be asked for some information, like your creditcard data, address and so on.
    Simply enter all data required, and follow the directions on the screen.
